Help! I’m logged in and can’t see any member areas!
The inability of a current member to see any member areas may be caused by one of the following issues:
1. You may not actually be logged in.
How to fix this problem: Double check that you can see the words “WELCOME! You are currently logged in.” at the top of your screen.
2. You may have multiple records in the Grand Chapter database.
How to fix this problem: You must contact the Grand Chapter office by email or phone to have this issue resolved. Multiple records must be merged in the Grand Chapter database to ensure all functionality is retained for the single record that will be retained.
3. You may be using the same email address as another person (significant other, spouse, etc.)
How to fix this problem: The Grand Chapter database requires a one-to-one email ratio for each person who wants to be able to log in to the Kansas Grand Chapter website and access the member area individually. If person A and person B share an email address and both have used that email address in their Kansas membership record, the database can’t tell which person is logging in. One of the members must change their email address to resolve this issue. You must contact the Grand Chapter office by email or phone to have this issue resolved.
